I have a 1999 ford f250 v-10 superduty and when i drive between 0 and 2000 rpms it has a stutter and a miss and has no power and takes about a minute to get up to 30 mph. Even when it is above 2000 rpms if you punch it to the floor it will and almost dies. You cannot even go up a 2% grade incline unless you are going about 30 mph,if you are at a stand still and try to go it will bog out and not let you move. We changed the mass airflow sensor, fuel filter, fuel pump and fuel regulator. HELP PLEASE!

Check the fuses first. If they are ok then check the button in the door jamb to see if it is stuck in the open position(button in). Some of the newer models have the switch in the door latch itself and that is a nightmare to replace.
...and no check engine light? Could be a number of things. Start with a couple cheap things. Check the shart/large diameter vacuum hose on the back passenger sideof the engine. On top of the intake. Common vacuum leak.
Or get some MAF spray cleaner and clean the MAF sensor.
sounds like a bad coil or coils, you should have a scanner hooked to it and watch the data stream to see which cylinders are misfiring and then check the coils or if it has wires to each plug then check the plug wires . good luck, hope this helps.
Put it back to stock programming, clear the codes and see what happens. Even though you will lose the extra power from the programmer at least it will run.
1991 ford power steering pump after replacement should be bled off.you should rev the engine to about 2500 rpm before pump starts pumping and then turn the wheel from stop to stop several times.make sure the fluid is clean .if that doesnt help u need a box.
Try cleaning the idle control Valve( IAC). Buy some brake cleaner and remove the duct work from the air cleaner system. start the truck and have somebody run it to about 100RPM and spray the cleaner directly at the valve. It is just inside the air cleaner.
