I have a problem with a 93 Jeep Cherokee Laredo 4W - The right blinker & brake light works like they should. However, the left brake & backup lights are out ( new bulbs have been installed & still out). When I use the left turn signal it looks like emergency flashers are on in the back. The front of the vehicle looks normal. What could the problem be?

By emergency flasher "look" do you mean both rear lights are flashing? If so,The problem may be in the signal switch. otherwise it could be the ground for the light sockets not being connected well. Try swapping the four way flasher with the directional one to check that the flasher itself is good (they should be identical)

94 grand cherokee laredo rear blinkers/hazards

I'd start with a new flasher relay (they're cheap). If not that, then go to those lamp sockets and check for corrosion. I had issues similar w my 95 laredo...it was the flasher.

1999 jeep grand cherokee brake light problem: tha center light works when i press the brake, but the left and right don't. i replaced the brake switch. trailer brake light work. what could the problem be?

Don't know if this will help but its how i fixed my 2001. Go to: http://www.2carpros.com/forum/2001-jeep-grand-cherokee-laredo-brake-lights-not-working-vt4814.html Tip: If you have a small piece of medal to put under the ground contact point then it will keep it raised in place, i used a really big staple from a staple gun to slide under mine I also replaced all the sockets that the bulbs go into cause mine were falling apart and may have been a part of the problem.

I have a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4. My

the problem is the metal contacts inside the lense itself, the socket make contact with the little metal tabs, bent mine out a hair or 2 ,and never had another problem with the brake light not working on my drivers side.

1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. The front left

Try the hazard switch.Do all the blinkers work? This may be a loose connection to the lamp. The window and lock system are on seperate circuits so very unlikely they are related. There is a seperate relay for the blinker and hazards,so a single blinker not working is either bulb or wiring.Widows are operated by motor so check the fuse, wires and and actuating switch. (Door trims off). Also check its not just jammed.Locks, check fuses, switch wires for damage or looseness and the actuator is working.Check the actu. rods are not loose are bent.(need the door trims off for this).Quite a few different things but hope this helps
