P0300 is Random Misfire. 01, 03 and 05 narrows it down to those cylinders.
Clean throttle body and MAF, you may have carbon flaking off and fouling plugs. You could try taking it for a good thrash down the highway for an hour.
If you have water in your tank the injector cleaner gets diluted but will not fix your rough idle problem. Try a can of Sea Foam. It will smoke like crazy for 10-15 minutes but that is perfectly normal.
White smoke and foam in the gas tank indicates antifreeze leaking into the engine somewhere. Do you smell antifreeze? You may have an engine seal leaking, most likely head gasket. It may be affecting the various engine sensors.
This truck has problems with the cover inside intake leaking vacuum and causing rough idle and oil usage , its hard to say what your problem is with out testing, have you had the check engine light scanned for codes? what year is this dodge?these also had intake leak problems. try starting the engine and let it idle and then with some carburator cleaner spray around intake gasket and see if idle changes if it does then you have a intake gasket leak, another problem may be a leaking injector, try some sea foam in the gas tank and run a half tank of gas and see if that helps, otherwise a fuel injection system cleaning would be the way to go but this is only if its an injector problem, if this truck is 1996 or newwer have the computer scanned at an auto parts store for any codes. if there are codes let me know what they are even list the code and #. good day
fuel filter is bad or you have a dirty fuel tank go to auto zone get a bottle of sea foam and thats the name on the bottle fill your gas tank up to half a tank and pour the sea foam in the gas tank then drive it until you have refill it again now it will run rough after you put this in what its doing is breaking down all the trash and particules in the bottom of the gas tank and its clogging the filter after you do this replace the fuel filter and either way your solving the problem
Did you make she that the battery has the right cold cranking amps, or the alternator? some times on an alternator the selfegnighter might have gone bad. Also sounds like there might be a wiring or fuel injection problem. Is there a check engine light on? Start simple, put some sea foam in the gas tank (you can get sea foam at auto zone for 10.00) that might cure the rough idle.
