There should be a button on your driver side door that looks like a gas tank. Push that button, you should hear a clink or ting sound and look on driver side for the fuel door to be opened. If that is not it, open your trunk and peel back the carpet trim on the left side( driver side) clear away any thing in the way. There should be a latch, pull it toward you. Wear gloves and watch out for sharp edges. I hope this helps

SOURCE: I can't find my fuel pump 1993 mazda 929
The electric fuel pump is an in-tank type.
It's sitting on top of the gas tank.
You will need to carefully drain the gas and drop the tank to do the job.
Make you you order the fuel strainer (sock filter) for the pump.

I'm having the same problem now with my 95 mazda 929, i'm being told it could be 1 of 3 things if the starter is good, it could be the neutral safety switch, starter relay, or the ignition switch going bad

You should be able to call a body shop and have them order you one. I used to work in my uncles body shop and you can get them. I have been out out of the body shop business about 10 year and don't have books anymore. On this I can not help you. You can e-mail Mazda, and they may be able to tell you. Try your friendly body shop, they can get it for you. hope this helps
