My 2005 Lincon ls v6 is skipping and loses power when trying to go up an incline. What is wrong with it?

Could be a fuel system problem - starving for fuel under load. I would check the system (fuel pump, filter, etc.).

no fault code where? on the Pro OBD2 scan tool screen>?
should be in warranty, why not let them fix it?
tow it there.?

bravo that, first post ever with fast right foot test, you are on the ball.
ok, that means this.
1: it's not losing 12vdc power to run the EFI. all lamps are not dim.
2: the fast foot test, implies to me, spark is ok, (unless one cylinder shut down, a bad COP?. but the scanner will see that for sure and did not. Gross misfire, is never unreported by the scan tool. (PCM)
gross enough to stall the engine.
so fueling issues.
id check for flooding or starving for fuel. and bad fuel.

Ok so my guess, is its losing fuel pressure or you got bad fuel.

Nissan Caravan 1995 petrol manual. Engine seems starved of fuel, loses power then seems to go again.

I'm sorry but I believe you have this posted in the wrong product category? Please re-post the question in the proper category if this is the case, otherwise you have my apologies. This is the car and truck problem category

Bmw 323 1996 just lacks power, surges as you yake

Possible clogged fuel filter, faulty ignition system (ie. plugs and wires) faulty injectors. Start with the fuel filter. Good Luck

WRX not accelerating smoothly

change your fuel filter and have a fuel system cleaning done. also have them test your fuel pump. a weak pump will starve your engine

I would take the truck to an autoparts store and have the fault codes retrieved from the computer. Most stores will do the scan for free. I would lean toward a faulty throttle position sensor, but that's just speculation. The fault codes should narrow the problem down. Hope this helped and best wishes.

Hyundai coupe 2000cc loses power

I had the same problem,it was the hopper tank in the main fuel tank it was not staying full of fuel when the tank was at 1/3 full or less,in my case there was debris in the jet pump causing the pump to not pump.mine wasnt a hyundai but your problem is within your fuel tank.
