Hi, Can you provide some more detail about your problem? As a first step you should have your system scanned and find out what is triggering the emission light. It's unlikely that the thermostat will trigger an emission issue, unless it's the thermostat in the catalytic converter.

If the symbol looks somthing like this ( ! ) it means one of the tire pressure sensors in one or more
of the wheels is telling you that one or more of you're tires is not properly inflated. Hope this is
helpful.
You'll need to buy one of those electronic tire pressure gauges. Make sure you get a decent one as the cheap ones are not accurate. Especially the ones that dealers give that have the rod that slides out the back. Gas station ones are not that accurate as they get abused.
The actual tire pressure you require will be listed on one of the door jambs of your car. It's most often on the passenger side
