How to remove headlight motor on a 968 porsche 1994
If you are tring to remove the motor, yes it will be best to remove the fenders, so you wont damage them..But all you have to do is remove the front bumber, and radiator...But the side fenders....is optional...i mean you dont need to, but it might better, so you can have a sound piece of mind...Goodluck.....

Loose the number 10 and then the bottom bracket shaft is to be use to adjust the belt.

I would pass on the car my friend..the two things that you dont want wrong with a car when you buy it, the motor and the trans...this one has the possibility of having both problems...needs new trans for sure and the engine losing all power is just a gamble.. porsches are one of the most expensive cars there is to get fixed and they need fixing all the time even when theyre new

if it is manual , usually they just unscrew , righty tighty lefty loosey, if its an automatic, they may have one small screw on the bottom somewhere, or youll just push in the buttons and pull straight up on it :)

It would be possible but You will need to literally tear the entire car apart to do it; parts, even out of the junk yard, will cost way more than the car is worth. And the Vin # would show manual trany try to explain that to insurance company, dealer, buyer.
Probably not a good idea.
