The belt diagram for with ac and without ac is the same, there is a ac bypass pulley bolted where the ac compressor would be, you can buy these pulleys from the dealer

There isn't one. A relay is an electronic switch that uses a small amount of power to slam open and shut contacts which are carrying a much larger amperage load. This prevents switches from burning up. There is virtually no Amps used in the gauges.
You won't find one. The 2006 Ford F-150 has 4 engine options....all have timing chains. I don't think Ford EVER put a timing belt in any of their F-Series pickups.
