The thing that leaps off your question is that windshield *wipers* don't have hoses. It is an electric motor and two articulated arms.

For replacing *washer* hoses, you just buy a length of hose and cut it, or you can buy ready made with nozzles.

the wiper fuses / relays are in the top left of the fusebox

control module messing up?? change it..

the washer pump is not fused directly, the pump operates through a central module called the BCM (body control module), so if the power windows work and the wipers work the problem is not loss of power to the system, it is either a defective wiper switch (most common) or it is a defective washer pump motor. My experience? 35 years as a Ford dealer technician

this might be a connection/ currosing problem. Check the windshild wiper relay for loose wires and then take apart the connection. Clean them up and put back together. also check your fuses.

check fuse for the wiper problem. spray electrical cleaner into all door jambs that are available especially the front door. the opening s are usually clogged with dirt and some times the connections can get dirty

you checked the fuses?

small screwdriver at one edge and gently pry/pop them off

Check if u have power going to the motor first.If you have then your switch is faulty.

2002 Windstar wipers would come on by themselves, or not work set on intermittent, driver door lock would not work sometimes, ABS and brake light would come on sometimes, the problem was in the park switch inside the wiper motor. I replaced with wrecking yard wiper motor $44.95 w/13 month warranty. no more problem. check how many pins on connector plug, mine had 5 on the wiper motor side.Take the wiper assembly off of the metal cowl, 2 nuts, & I bolt, it is easier to snap the actuator pieces off of the wiper motor that way.
