Toyota corolla 2003 air conditioning green light blinking and cold air not blowing

You've figured out by now the blinking light means the system has a problem. You'll need to find out if the system is low on freon or if a relay or electrical part is failing. The cooling fan could also be failing to come on, which would make the high side pressure exceed the limit and shut down the system.

I have a 2000 Chevy Prizm and the air conditioning fan only works in the highest position. My guess is that one of the relays is bad. If that's correct, which relay is bad?

Sounds like a bad blower motor resistor. Since high speed bypasses the resistor and the lower speeds use the resistor and don't work, the resistor is the most logical answer. It is usually mounted near the blower motor under the passenger side of the dash.

I need a diagram for a 2003 toyota corolla interior fuse box

Have you checked to se if there is freon in the system? If there is no freon, the compressor will NOT run.

03 corolla air conditioning problems

If you were low on freon before, It's possible you have a leak in your system. If you take it back, have them check for the leak before they let you drive off with another freon loss.
Good luck...

Air conditioning blowing only highest setting but HOT air

Sounds like your freon has leaked out and your heater blower resistor is burned out. Deffinitly take this to the dealer.
