No, not a fuse issue. Either the speakers aren't wired correctly of there is a wire loose somewhere.

My 2006 dodge ram 2500 diesel keeps blowing fuse

The Internal light is normally tied to your dash lights on a factory installed radio. Find the main p[lug on the back of the radio and unplug it then try it with a new fuse if it still blows then it is the wiring if it does not blow the fuse when the radio is unplugged, chances are the radio is bad and will have to be repaired or replaced.

Radio quit working

Sounds like someone shorted the wires...you need to look into the entire butcher job and see what wires were touched. Disconnect everything the butcher did and then see if your battery is still drainning power.

My battery died, husband replaced it. Everything

some cars have a radio theft system that requires a code be enter to make the radio work if it is totally without power ( as if some one removed it from the car) you might want to call ford and see if your car has this system in it.
