If the compression is good in that cylinder, I’m with Anthony on the Fuel injector assuming your
Sure you changed the #5 cylinder plug and coil. If you have a noid light you can check to see that the injector is getting pulse and the compression test out within a few pounds of the other cylinders. If it’s low in that cylinder it will cause a misfire. In that case it could be a worn cam lobe, stuck or not seating valve. If the valve was stuck you’d have some rocker arm noise tho.
Is the plug damaged ur piston might be hitting it or its oily and fouled next check spark pull plug hook up wire to plug ground the thread area of the plug turn over eng n confirm spark. If no spark look at wires coil/ or distributor. Chk ground wire also
If all above fails. Compression test. A valve may be stuck and wont have compression.
It may possibly be a dirty or bad fuel injector. Hope this helps
Spark plug wire
Depending on ease of the job check to make sure you have power to cylinder 5 injector using an injector noid tester if the power is there then remove the rail and swop injector 5 for the one next to it and run up if fault has moved from 5 replace injector.
You may have a bad fuel filter, a bad injector(dirty). Or something more serious. I would check fuel if you have good spark now. Good luck!
