One of two things is wrong with your truck. Either the hydraulic clutch has a worn component that needs to be replaced or the clutch is slipping and needs to be replaced. If this failure only occurs while towing. I suspect the clutch is slipping, heat from the pressure plate is heating the fluid inside the hydraulic clutch and causing it to drop to the floor. Some diagnostics is needed to confirm.

My 1994 F-150 doesn't have a passenger side airbag, and if the 1995 Ranger does have passenger airbags, it would not have a way to disable the passenger airbag until later models (after a bunch of kids got hurt by the airbags deploying). If I recall correctly that wasn't added until somewhere between 1999 and 2001.
did they plug it in after they fixed it .my dad truck they fixed the wire but did not plug it in afterwards so that meant the did not even test drove it after to see if it worked or anything
