Locating fuel schrader valve on 2004 linc. town car

1. Remove or disconnect the following:
   • Negative battery cable
2. Raise the vehicle and support the fuel tank with a transmission jack.
   • Fuel line from the front of the tank
   • Ground strap
   • Inboard side of the fuel tank straps and front T strap fastener and lower the tank about 6 inches
   • Fuel lines from the fuel pump module
   • Fuel filter
3. Installation is the reverse of removal. Tighten the fuel filter bolts to 40 inch lbs. (4.5 Nm), the main tank straps to 40 ft. lbs. (54 Nm) and the T strap to 250 inch lbs. (28 Nm).
4. Start the engine and check for leaks.

i have successfully fixed my problem. the pump is located at the front of the fuel tank and is accessible without, i repeat WITHOUT removing the tank.

Should be in the Passenger side valve cover.

SOURCE: NO FUEL PUMP PRESURE NEED TO FIND FUEL P UMP

the relay is in the battery juntion box near the battery, it is K4, (far right in the middle) check the fuses too. Also check the inertia fuel shut off switch. it may ned to be reset. It is located behind the LH A piller trim plate. (drivers side foot panel) it has a red button to push for reset.

No I don't think it will. They make a tool however that will allow you to change the schrader valve core without losing any charge. You can get them at HVAC supply stores. ($30+)
