If you want to learn about how to repair and maintain your car, I strongly reccommend Haynes manuals. They show details of electrical systems and many other systems.
Start with the fuse box. Look for inst clus fuse usually 20a but this can very. If the fuse is good you have a bad ground most likely. Try that and reply back if not. Hope this helps

Let me guess, the Hazard light is the only light to the right of the dash that comes on? You can still use your temp control and radio but you cannot see the display? You are in luck, Honda did a recal on some stupid module that blew to cause that problem. It happened to me, here is the trick, call Honda USA (800 number on their website) and report the problem. They will notifiy your local dealership so when you come in it will be covered for free under the recall. MAKE SURE YOU CALL HONDA USA if you don't your dealership might try to charge you for it, costs in the neighborhood of $500! Good Luck!

Check on ebay, I had the same prob with mine, 3 lights blew out. Check 
12v_electronics, NEW MERCEDES VW BMW DASH INSTRUMENT CLUSTER BULBS 1.5W. This is where i bought mine and have not had any prob. No dealer or parts house will carry this bulb seperate.

As with everything else electrical check your fuses first. If you don't have a map of your fuse box just pull them out one at a time and check them.. blown ones will be easy to spot. If all the fuses are good, check the dimmer knob for your interior lights (roll it back and forth a few times) If the lights come on at one certain spot but go out again, it's the dimmer gone bad. If they don't come on at all pull the switch out and check for power with a test light. If power bad dimmer... if still no power bad headlight switch.... Hope this helps...;-)
