I do not think there is a separate fuse just for the rear wiper...the 30amp #6 fuse services all wipers and related washer pumps.
The fuse is located under the hood in front of the driver.
If the only thing that is not working is the rear wiper (fronts work and washers work) then it is not the fuse. Believe it or not, some people have had success with hitting the rear wiper motor mount .... the motor brushes can get a bit corroded/dirty. Of course your wiper motor may have totally died too...

the fuse box is under the hood basically behind the battery but if the power windows are workng the fuse is good.you may have a wiring problem or a bad motor

Look at the release on the new one and press the release and slide off the old one and slide on the new one. I use the one piece rain x two inches bigger it lasts longer wipes better
