Could be a few things, A light in the boot or glove box may not be switched off when the lid is closed, the brake light switch could be faulty leaving the rear lights on, the battery may be on the way out and discharging overnight, remove the battery + terminal overnight, if the car won't start next morning replace the battery, if it starts ok check for lights left on including the cab light.
I don't know what you have for test equipment but load test the battery first. If the battery is 5 years or older it may be time. If you have a test light and multimeter (With amp measurements). Test to see which fuses still have power with the key out of the ignition. Then load test each fuse to see which one has a high draw on it. I don't know what the failure is. Only through diagnostics can you narrow your search and pin point the affected circuit. Any questions please write back. Good Luck.

bad alternator possible or bad battery..even though its new that battery can be bad. I would take a volt meter and with the engine running check the volts of the battery..If the volts are 12 you need to replace alternator, if volts are 14 you need to check the battery. to check the battery hold the volt meter to the battery and have someone start the car..while the starter is cranking battery volts should not drop below 10volts.if they do your battery is bad.

Check your battery connections for clean, tight connections and no deposits between the battery terminals and the connectors. Check the main charging wire from the alternator to the power distribution terminal. Also, have the battery properly load tested and checked for sulfation damaged cells. It sounds like your alternator is overworking itself. The normal charging voltage is 13.8-14.2VDC at idle. If it is high, I'd check the above items listed before buying another alternator.
