I would check for broken wire/wires in the heavy rubber boot that flex's everytime you open and close the door. at frt. of door all the wires run through it to door from cowl. very common problem on both sides
when looking at the motor from the front of the car. the pullies are off to the passanger side. the side in front of you from the pullies to tranni are 1, 3, and 5. On the firewall side, it's 2, 4, and 6. On that year of car, the distrubitor should be labeled.
