I have a 2008 chevy cobalt lt. The driverside tailight won't come on. No brake lights, reverse light, or turning signal. The bulbs were just replaced. I took an voltage meter to it and it seemed low. Fuses all check out. Any ideas?

If the other brake and turn lights are working the brake light and flasher units are ok . With a test light check at the bulb holder terminal and bulb holder body, test light should glow ,if not check from terminal to a metal part of panel away from the light body . If test light now glows the brake light body has a bad earth if the test still not glowing the power cable to the light is broken.
It is as simple as your hazzard switch needs to be replaced yes your hazzard switch as now turn signals are built threw the hazzard switch my PT Cruiser had same problem as my s10 replaced hazzard switch fixed the problem
i think you'll find with a test light at the tail light connector, that the you do have power but the problem is the unit that holds the bulbs and is a printed circuit is bad
