Throttle position, and or mad air flow sensor. Little pricy but those two sensors control your fuel air mixture causing those issues.

Usually they will be in the bumper areas though usually in the front rather than the rear. Did you hit something in front of yuou when you were rear ended?

Fuel pump regalator is at fault.

replace fuel filter replace air filter,clean fuel injectors because they could be dirty clogged with carbon causing injectors to stick open and keep spraying fuel when engine off flooding engine.code scan for faulty engine coolant temperature sensor or CMP sensor.

there is a splice for fuel injectors at the front of the fuel rail conduit and electric tape will need to be removed to see if it is ok then clean up all engine grounds and ecm grounds on passenger side kick panel if this doesnt help check coils and crank sensor
