The 6ya staff member assigned to reply to your post was trying to nicely say that you’ll never find the reservoir that you’re looking for because your rear end is so large it would require a 42 man expedition to circumnavigate. Those kinds of costs can become unaffordable for even the most experienced back door man. Sorry :(

The 1st time my 04 Sorento got stuck in 4WD low it was towed to dealership & they claimed it was the switch. Six months later, while on a camping trip, got stuck again. The local tow truck driver saved me hundreds of dollars in towing costs. Put it in reverse for at least 10-20 feet. That's it! He said that he found this to be a common problem. I later asked my dealership why they failed to mention this solution to me. They replied that they thought I knew! Spread to word!

See link for location on engine. Where man's pinkie is pointed. Remove hose from top of valve and unscrew valve from grommet. Screw in new valve and replace hose.

turn the key on (do not start) try and listen to hear if you can hear the fuel pump hum while it builds pressure.

If you can hear it, then you should be getting fuel pressure. You can change your fuel filter if you have low fuel pressure at the fuel rails. They have a test port on them you can check for pressure.

If you have fuel pressure and it is at good pressure of around 75 psi
Then you likely have no spark. This could be a bad crank sensor, or a bad fuse somewhere. Have you checked all your fuses?

There is no kill switch on this car. Do you mean the immobilizer? There are many different immo-systems and you need to be sure of which one before you order keys or try to fix.

Why do you need to access it? If the ECU seemed to stop activating the fuel pump and ignition, check the immobilizer first.
