Well this could be in your timing. As cars get some miles on them the timing chain stretches therefore causing you car to lose alot of power. So you may want to have your timing set on this car. Also I had a taurus that had a bad torque converter, and it lost alot of power on hills and under loads, also when i gunned the gas pedal. so try the timing first. Hopefully you dont have a bad head gasket or a cracked head these symptoms you are describing are all signs of head gaskets or blown heads

Are you getting fuel to the fuel rail on the engine? Can you hear the pump running? Recheck the hose you replaced. Could have come off.

98 ford explorer will not accel after going into passing gear

And what fault codes prompted you to replace these parts you listed? You never mention fuel pressure readings under a load, how about excessive exhaust system back pressure? Has the transmission been scanned for fault codes?

Hard to start.When running,Will "bog"out when

You may have a fuel issue the cheapest thing to do is a simple fuel filter replacement an old filter can cause backups in the gas line. Also check to make sure your air cleaner assembly is fully hooked up and no hoses or clamps are loose. less air cause these same symptoms.
