i know the relay's are It's behind the right side of the instrument panel (dashboard). There are 4 relays there. One of them is for the rear defogger so you could probably hear it click when you turn that on. The other two are for retained accessory power and for the trunk release.
The relay you want to replace has orange, yellow, black and white wires.
Their are two fuse panels one is under the hood, right behind the battery, the other is accessed by opening the passager door and removing a side dash panel... not sure where the headlight fuse is but hope this helps
I think it's either the headlight switch or the dimmer switch. I would get a manual on your car. Head light switch you have to take apart the colum to replace it.
if you have the owners manual it should give proper amp and location of fuses otherwise check both sides of each fuse with a test light for power when you find the one with power only on one side remove and replace that fuse the lighter fuse should have power with key off some fuses need key on to light up at all and some will need items such as headlights turned on to light
