Blower motor should be under the passenger side dash below the glove box

There are two junction connections on the four wire harness that runs from the SDM (airbag controller under driver seat) to the passenger side airbag (I/P module). Once connection is just below the passenger side airbag in the dash and another is behind the driver side kick panel.

In my case, the connector behind the driver side kick panel had likely a bit of corrosion and there was high resistance that thre the service airbag message and light on the dash. Once I cleaned this connection, the light was gone and the problem is now fixed.

High resistance in either of these connections will throw the B0019 OD code.

You have to remove the mud guards inside the fender wells. Also for the passenger side headlight.

The car has 4 air bags. Drivers side front, passenger side front, and then each seat should have an airbag facing the pillars. For the passenger airbag: disconnect the battery always when messing with the dash. Remove the lower trim panel that extends from the shift column all the way to the end of the dash (the one that is around the Climate control unit). Passenger airbag is 2 bolts right under the trim panel and 2 bolts accessed through the glove compartment. Remove the four 7mm bolts and disconnect the electrical coupling before removing.

only the airbag connections under the seat ,but their is also a pressure sensor as well i think last time i cleaned the contacts on the airbag wires mtheir is a pyrotechnic device as well to pull the seat belt in if a collision ,so have a good look to try to see whats causing the noise ,sure you havent a coca cola can rolling around??

most of these new day pass air bags are in the off possition untill weight is applied to pass seat. Sit in pass seat and start vehicle and see if this activates the air bag on.
