Check your owners manual for your remote locking features.
It may be quite normal for a key fob to only open the drivers door...opening all the doors when you only need the drivers door open may present a security threat..anyone could enter your vehicle before you had a chance to secure the open doors. You should be able to unlock the doors you need open from the drivers door console.

if it moves even a little bit when the button is pushed it wont be a fuse issue, you more than likely have a weak door lock actuator
