What is the power of engine ford fairlane 1957

Would you mind posting a detailed question like what year the car is and engine size what does NC mean? If this is a old Fairlane it's bolted to the timing cover on the left side but if your in a different country then the U.S.A. THERE ARE DIFFERENT MODELS AND YEARS OF THE VEHICLE PLEASE SPECIFY WHAT YOU HAVE AND WHERE YOU ARE OK IT'S IMPORTANT TO HELP YOU SOLVE YOUR QUESTION

this is undoing the plasric like cord of kettle from harness the removing hex nut bolt did it and still couldnt pull fuse out then two of these to do will the fuse i need come out with its bolt removed as is a diagram would be ideas but the correct code isnt been searched presently the tool fell into the hole it was working in so the area isnt taken from its mounting bolts saves time if you hear this but taking the plastic off is difficult so take your time the easy it will come out is by doing so dont loose any parts and bring the task to fixing it is all in peices so the two bolts probly need to be out not to lift it up ba 2004 lpg this is answer to xr6 falcon really only one kind cause all ford manufacturing suv mini cab or dual these only two seaters

There are 3 things to look for on these older cars, Air, Fuel, and Spark, You have found that you have fuel and I would say you are getting plenty of air, I would say you are loosing the power to the coil or the points are blistered causing you to loose fire. I don't remember the setting on the 57s but it can be found online. Just google it. If you have a volt/ohom meter, after the engine quits, check to see if you have 6 or 12 volts on the positive side of the coil. If not the you could have a electrical problem with the key switch. If you do have power, then look to the distributor. Be sure the key is turn off. The coil can give you a shock. Check the points and the condensor, The condensor can go bad and short the points out. The points can get glazed or blistered and stop the coil from firing when they get hot.

Nc fairlane v8 fuel relay is under the header tank green is fuel pump relay and brown is for ecu

The power steering pump, on top, has a fill spout with a dipstick -- pour the fluid in there. Power steering pump has a belt around it on the front of the engine -- can't miss it, as they say.
