Hi the relay is part of your window motor

I should suspect a relay is not working.
Check the owner's manual for fuses and relays and their location.
I also suspect that relay could be located under the hood of the car, as opposed to inside the passenger compartment.
Your manual should tell.

There are two fuses for the power windows, #22 for the rear windows and #23 for the front windows. They are 30amp fuses and are located on the bottom row of the 8-way relay carrier which is found in the footwell bottom left.
