Those codes don't match the year of the car for the ecm that should be in it.

yes those are an issue, not as major as a blown motor, but still an issue. the vss ( vehicle speed sensor )is located on the transmission and is fa 
easy to replace.the o2 sensors tell the cars computer if it is running lean ( too much air ) running rich ( too much fuel ) so if you have a bad o2 sensor your car may think it is running lean so it may reduce amount of air or increase the amount of fuel. a bad o2 sensor will reduce your fuel mileage quit a bit. hope this helps, let me know
