SOURCE: WHATS THE QUICK WAY TO REMOVE THE ALTERNATOR FROM

I have a '94 3.8 eng and I believe the method is the same. It must be removed from down under the vehicle. Jack up the car and place on jack stands. You'll have to twist and turn a bit but that is the only way I know of how to replace.

SOURCE: how to change 1998 Plymouth grand Voyager front sway bars

unbolt the sway bar links from the control arms and the two brackets holding it to the frame. make sure if you jack it up jack up the front end. if you jack up one side and not the other and take the sway bar loose it will be loaded and could cause injury if not careful as long as both front tires are off the ground the sway bar will not be loaded and will be safe to deal with

SOURCE: how to change the rear spark plugs of a 96 Plymouth voyager

The engine plenum will have to be removed. This is what the air goes thru to get to the engine intake. Remove ground, mark tag remove required cable, wires and hoses, take digital photos as you go. Be patient. The good news is we don't have to change them every 20K miles.

SOURCE: how to replace an alternator on a plymouth grand

well what kind of engine you have? on 3.0L the alternator is at the front right side of the engine on the top. there are two bolts to remove one you can see just by looking at it but the other one is in the back and you cant see it. just feel with your hand where is it and you socket n rachet and remove it and disconnect the wire that are connected to the alternator. CAUTION: before you remove the bolts take the belt off by turning the belt tensioner clockwise. hope it helps.
