Start by removing battery terminals and scraping/cleaning the terminals and connectors thoroughly. Put it back together and try your luck. Some folks like to soak in coca cola since that is all that coke is good for.

Bob, you have a bulb burned out somewhere. Sometimes when this happens you might find all the bulbs are working, but what can happen is the electricity which is supposed to be going to the turn signal element ( the brightest side if there are two elements in the same bulb), is in fact lighting the other element, which is smaller and is supposed to be for the parking lights. The way to tell is by brightness. Turn on the other side (doing this at night makes it easier to see) that is flashing properly, and go look carefully at the front and rear to determine their brightness. Now turn on the defective side, and go and look an you should see whether the front or rear is causing the problem. One of the bulbs is either not flashing, or is flashing "weakly."

Black smoke is usually a sign of too much fuel in the cylinders.Obviously the air filter should be checked, and there could be trouble codes in the computer which would help point you in the right direction.

Because of the Voltage, many of the fans have relays. You can get free wiring and fusebox diagrams at Autozone.com after registering your vehicle. That is if you want to go back to stock.I reread your statement and I think you mean that you tested the fan separately but when it is connected to the car it will only turn slowly.Test the voltage going to the fan even though you did not use the stock connector. Look at the wiring diagrams and see if the power wire to the fan is controlled by a resistor or Relay which is limiting the fan speed. This is probably in the opposite direction of the connector you bypassed.and is meant to work automatically with a temperature sensor tripping it.

You have at least 2 problems. The clutch circuit is open and even when activated still doesn't cool. Could be as simple as out of refrigerant. You will have to troubleshoot the clutch and the refrigerant.

did you replace the crank position sensor?

you add fluid through the dipstick checker tube. Use a small funnel and don't add too much-start it often and check the level after moving the shift lever throughout its range(reverse to drive to low, and back to park) Your foot on the brake, of course, while shifting with car running. Remember that its supposed to be checked at normal operating temperature (because trans. fluid expands as it heats up) so you should not fill it to the full mark with the car below normal operating temp. Just get it close to full and wait to check it after driving for a bit. hope this helps.

Reference voyager van wiggle test. If that did not solve your problem, you may have a cam sensor going bad. There is no way for you to check the computer. With a scan tool hooked to vehicle, can you read codes?

when you checked for fuel pressure did you use a gage as just pushing on the valve to see if there is pressure is not checking fuel pressure.these run at about 35lbs pressure and if its not at that pressure the motor will stall.you could have a bad fuel pump that when it gets warm or hot it binds and stops spinning.if its a matter of weak spark then you could have a bad distributor component as i think this has a 3.0 liter(you don`t say) and was an issue with this.it could also be a bad distributor rotor or cap causing weak spark.

Have fuel pressure tested when no start. Or, if you have no access to pressure test, try removing air intake hose at front of throttlebody and give a good spray of quickstart, or WD-40 with throttle plate open, then try starting. If it fires up momentarily then dies, I'd be looking real close at fuel pump, or at the least fuel filter. The fuel pressure test will confirm.
