Mercedes are the only manufacturer to have 8 or 10 fuse boxes :>D Don't forget the radio is also connected and monitored by the BCM.

Here is a fix. If this is not the direct problem try to search other problems on YouTube for your Mercedes.

I have a W208 so it might be slightly different.
Check the following locations.
Under the bonnet main fuse box.
Open drivers or passengers door and look behind the flap on the end of the dash that is hidden when you close the door.
in the boot (unlikely here) under the boot floor is the battery and another fuse box. (mainly for the rear electrics)
Your manual should list the locations. MB manuals tend to be actually useful.

Launch scanner

You must access and scan your onboard computer system to diagnose the fault.

Read the manual. If the manual says only the dealer can do it, you most likely need a scan tool to do it. Otherwise it should be listed in there. Usually it involves the key being in a certain position and pressing a series of buttons (or touch screen). Ask the dealer if you can't figure it out.

Dealer or shop with an OBII scanner has to reset service messages. I suspect it's just a service reminder, being it's so new. They probably want to inspect all break-in fluids, etc... Common w/Benz

High perfomance tires blow out from sidewalls; many problems with car I would never buy another. For a luxury car it has had terrible problems.
