Short to ground in alternator or harness, or the alternator is producing to many amps and blowing fuse, ensure correct fuse is in place and test alternator output, too much is just as bad as not enough

If it is blowing the fuse, you should have some damaged wires along that circuit. The only way to know for sure is testing all the wires. Did it damage the fuse housing? When you replaced the new fuse, did they come on for a second or does it blow them imeediately?
The wiring harness coming from the solonoid/power distribution has one small guage wire splitting into three different medium guage wires. I have ran into this problem quite often on mustangs, and what I have found that works is take the split out of it, and run all three wires with fusible links added to them straight from the solonoid
