No light on dashboard where can I find the dedicated fuse for dash board light aside from the fuse box
Fuses can be bad, even though they look good, and connections may be corroded so there is not a good connection for the light. Double check to ensure bright metal contacts.

Their wiring can be something .The circuit boards short out and the lights on the right front where on with the left rear lights.

the light shows up to let you know it is functioning ...have you referred to your owners Manuel or on the inside of the fuse panel itself as a starting point

There may be a relay that operates the low beam lights, check the owners manual to see if there is a relay, you should be able to hear it go "click" if there is one.
