I sprayed some stuff I got at the car store and tried the heat on high. I even figured out how to change the cabin air filter myself. It keeps happening.

I think you have two things going on, your multifunction switch which runs our wipers and your blinkers and high beam, is bad. for your Heat not working , i'm pretty sure that is not tied into the wiper system, does you fan turn on at all in any speeds low high only ?
I've successfully cleaned several MAF sensors on different cars. They even make a special spray cleaner called MAF cleaner. I've only had tio replace one, and they can be very expensive.
Stalling can be caused by the MAF sensor. Cleaning is the first thing I do. MAF cleaner is available at Parts stores for $8-10? That's a lot cheaper than a sensor. Spray it, let it soak, repeat, repeat...
If it's really dirty, it'll be a small black lump. When clean it gets nice and shiny. It is NOT recommended to use a brush. A brush can easily damage the very, very fine wire.
First....buy a drivers side air flow actuator at a auto parts place for dual zone heating/cooling. (NAPA etc will have it.....or the dealer) Open the glove compartment.....all the way....you may have to take the screws out at the bottom......look in at the heater assembly....look over to the left....you will see the two air flow actuators. Look at the part you have and match it to the part on the heater assembly. The actuator that is closest to the engine is the drivers side control. Replace it. Try your controls and check for heat and cooling on both sides. The stepper motor in these actuators goes bad on quite a few...but over look that.....you have a great car, good for many miles of trouble free driving.
