Get the obd read , take note of any codes, and then clear codes , and see if service light returns
Cheers I done pedal test got the code reset the system and so far nothing has come up so fingers crossed cheers for the help

SOURCE: blue low engine coolant temperture indicator light is on
I also recently bought a 2002. According to the owner's manual the blue light does not indicate a problem unless it stays on after the car warms up. If you have an automatic it will not shift into fourth gear until the coolant warms up at which time the light should go off. Have only had the car for a week and notice the blue light goes off after a mile or two of driving in temperatures in the teens to 30's. I don't know how much outside temp affects it.

the low coolant light sensor is defective replace the sensor, it is part of the coolant recovery tank

I dont remember the lumina having a low coolant light.
It does have a low washer fluid light though.
You can see if you coolant overflow bottle is full. If it isnt, fill it to the hot or cold mark on the side.
Fill your windshield fluid too and see if the light goes out.
