Hello, my driveside window on a 1999 toyola solara quit woriking and i can't open the door from the inside, what is wrong with it?

there is a motor

for prices.It might be advisable to have to replaced at a shop, or someone you know and trust., The door panel will have to removed and you do not want it broken or clips destroyed.

Hello, try doing this:

with the key out of the ignition disconnect the negative battery cable

put the key in and turn to ON, leave door open
reconnect the battery
if the alarm stays off enter the car and leave door open try to start.
This works on most non factory installed toyota systems.

What kind of vehicle is it?

Have to get yourself some wiring diagrams to figure that out

Could be individual switches or the rear may have child safety locks on them--the clue will be usually you cannot open rear doors from inside the vehicle---it (the child locks) will in many cases stop rear windows from working----consult the owner manual or look at inside of rear doors for the slide switch at each door under and near the rear of the armrest.

look inside the rubber boot between the door and the body wire break inside from opening and closing the door

If you can't open the door you can pull the corresponding seat to gain access and remove the inner door panel

Hello, remove the arm rest--two screw then remove inside door handle--one 10mm bolt in the back, it is hidden. Check to see if there is other screws on the door panel and if so remove them.

All screws, arm rest remove (maybe some time they are screw to the door panel) and inside door handle. Take a long screw drive (you can buy a door panel removal tool but all it is flat piece of metal with a slot cut into the end to line up with the panel plastic hold tabs. With the screw drive gently pry on one corner and until it pops, now you can see the other tabs and gently pop those out. Once the door panel is loose just pull up on the panel to release it from the upper window channel.

The door will be cover with plastic and black rubberized contact cement. Remove the plastic from it sticky points. The plastic used as a dust/dirt shield.

take the door panel off and check the motor for a feed ,sounds like the motor has given up and you will need a complete unit to replace it
