Make sure you've shifted all the way into Park. Push the key down while turning it.
SOURCE: I have a burnt oil smell in the cabin on
The oil is most likely leaking from the valve cover on the side the exhaust manifold is on. The oil leaks out periodically and burns off or vaporizes immediately that's why there is no trace of a leak because the oil never has a chance to accumulate it vaporized tooo quickly.

That smell may be related to an oil leak burning off on an exhaust manifold or pipe. Since you did not report any electrical malfunctions, I'd check that first. When working the engine harder it gets hotter and you will therefore smell the burning more than when just normally driving. I can't see your vehicle so don't give me a bad rating if I'm wrong, but I'd look there first!
SOURCE: smelling gas fumes in passenger cabin
There are rubber gas line hoses under the hood & after a number of years they tend to leak ever so slightly. They are under the hood to the passenger side. You may need to replace these fuel lines. There should be a cabin filter but you must take the wiper motor screen off to get at it & it is on the passenger side. Good luck!
Testimonial: "Sounds like that's it. Will check it out. Thanks. Any idea if these are preformed factory parts or just generic fuel line"
