How can I by pass immobiliser for Nissan hard body model 2001

It depends on which setup you have, if its an aftermarket system, then it can be removed by a automotive repair professional, and go back to the original setup / configuration, and works as long as all is back together properly, without anything missing or defective.

If its the O.E.M. Nissan immobilizer, it will require Nissan dealership to service it.

My 1996 Nissan maxima turnsover but don't start all the time

It is either the starter or the ignition switch in the steering column which does not need to be keyed. Get the part from the Nissan dealer or if it's the starter get it from Auto Zone bc it has a lifetime warranty on it.

What is (P1612 code) vehicle immobilizer means?

An immobilizer is an electronic device fitted to an automobile which prevents the engine from running unless the correct key is present. This prevents the car from being hot wired after entry has been achieved.
The microcircuit inside the key is activated by a small electromagnetic field which induces current to flow inside the key body, which in turn broadcasts a unique binary code which is read by the automobile's Engine Control Module (ECM). When the ECM determines that the coded key is both current and valid, the ECM activates the fuel-injection sequence.
The immobilizer function of the Nissan Vehicle Immobilizer System (NVIS) or Nissan Anti-Theft System (NATS) consists of the following:
- NATS ignition key
- NATS antenna amp. located in the ignition key cylinder
- Body control module (BCM) or (IMMU)
- Engine Control Module (ECM)
- Security indicator lamp

do you have the remote? if you do lock and unlock the doors, or lock all the doors and unlock drivers door with key and try to start, if not check for blown fuses, if fuses are good, then you might have fried your ecm(engine control module)
