Disconnect them from the Hood right side big connecter you will find it there

If the Pathfinder is a manual trans. Your clutch safety switch needs to be adjusted. if it is automatic, then neutral safety switch is the problem. Try shifting from Park to Neutral position on the gear selector and try starting. Check for low voltage at the starter solenoid (small Black Wire with White stripe ) You have to unbolt the right motor mount and jack the engine up to remove the starter. test so that starter is last resort. best answer is for you to see if it will fit by removing a wheel and seeing if the other will fit most like will not as the stud holes pcd for a japanese car will probably be different to an imperial measured car that is also if there are the same number of stud holes talk with a tire retailer as they have all the specifications and legal requirements

If it happens once in a while, check ground wires.

Hi Ellis Has your radio also lost it;s stations? Dont know your model but many cars loose their security settings when you disconnect the battery. Auto electricians often place a small battery source across the Bat cables while they disconnect the Battery. This simply holds their settings Contact a Nissan Dealership and ask the service department? Cheers

okay, this alarm reset is done by turning the key on and pushing the reset button a few times, you will need to try this a few times to get the correct number of pushes,for example turn key on and quickly push 3 times and if that doesnt work retrey it and push it 4 times, take note that every time you try you need to turn key off and then on again before you push reset button,i know it can be set to 1- 2 -3 or 4 pushes to reset, this is programed at the time of install, most installer dont set it or tell you so you will need to try all four. good day.

I don't know, by now you probably have found out..tell us did you run out of fuel, did your battery collapse, was it the fu fu valve?

No one should discuss anything about alarm systems on an open forum. If you own the car, take proof of ownership plus proof of identity and visit a Nissan dealer for alarm problems.....
