SOURCE: wiper/turn signal relay locations on a 1999 ford taurus

Denise, the relays are under the hood. They're in an electrical box of their own. The car owner's manual will tell you which one it is.However,I've found the problem is usually a fuse that's under the dash.

MY 1999 FORD EXPEDITION 5.4 EDDIE BAUER SIGNAL LIGHT SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK. REPLACEMENT BULBS ARE AL NEW BUT WHEN YOU GO LFT OR RIGHT THEY WONT SIGNAL.

The turn signal stalks are a weak point in design. Too much going on with high-low beams, 4-way flashers, wiper control etc. One thing you can try is to push 4-way flashers button 20 times and see if right-left signals will work now. They use same contact leads and can shift out of position. Check internet for prices if purchasing new stalk. There are some security fittings that require a special bit to remove the stalk.

98 mercedes c230 wipers and signal stoped working

Hi, "FIRST MAKE SURE YOUR FUSES ARE GOOD".
you need to make sure that fuse 22 has power when the problem occurs. If you have power to the fuse then I would suspect a faulty combination switch in the steering column. If you do not have power to fuse 22 when the problem occurs then you have a faulty ignition switch.

99 yukon brake lights will not work, repllaced brake light switch still wont work

Had the same problem on my Yukon, I had to get the winshield wiper switch (controls cruise control, turn signal, and winshield wipers) replaced. This switch controls the hazards as well.
