Yes there is two hidden bolts on the right hand side of the heater box. One is located on the top just behind the hood hinge and the other is about 6 inches lower. They both have to be taken off from the outside. Good luck.......

How do you remove dashboard on a 2002 senta

Open the top compartment and grab the inside of that compartment. Pull that and the compartment and the vents will come towards you and out. There are wires attached, set the compartment up on the dash with out stretching the wires too far.
There are two philips screws that you need to remove. One is on the bottom left hand corner of the left vent, and the other is on the bottom right hand side of the right vent.
Grab the radio and pull, the bottom plastic bezel will fall out. Set that aside.
There are two more philips screws. One on the bottom left hand corner of the heater controls, and the other is on the bottom right hand side of the heater controls.
You can now pull out your radio. There is a plug on the backside of the radio and you will need to unplug that.
Good luck!

My heater isn't working..how do i fix it?

Here's a list of possible culprits:

Priority Action Part Type Cause
1 Inspect - Antifreeze Needed - Coolant Level Low.
2 Inspect - Heater Control Valve - Leaking or Faulty Heater Control Valve.
3 Inspect - Thermostat - Thermostat Stuck Open.

First thing to check is your engine coolant level - quick and free.
Since your blower works, my nominee for the offending part would be the Heater Control Valve, which redirects hot coolant into the passenger compartment heater core. Without hot coolant, the blower will just blow cold air, since the heater core isn't getting the needed flow of hot coolant through it.
There may also be a fault in the "Temperature Valve Actuators" (there is a right hand and a left hand version of these - one for each side of the car).
The Right hand Temperature Valve Actuator is AC Delco part #15-72971.
The Left hand Temperature Valve Actuator is AC Delco part #15-72972.
Their pictures are available in the online AC Delco Parts Catalog at:
http://parts-catalog.acdelco.com/catalog/catalog_search.php
Here are your parts search parameters:

I cannot find the blower motor resistor, there is no black box under the hood on the passengers side and its not under the dash? the blower was working fine then started making a lot of noise and quit, the...

Heater motor Resistors are usually built into the heater motor housing, plastic box under dash, if its a right hand drive it will be under the left hand side if its a left hand drive it will be under the right hand side. When you say the motor tested ok how did you test it, resistors are not noisy when they fail. The resistor only controls the speeds of the blower motor/fan and when they fail they usually only fail on one circuit so the blower usually still works on either slow or fast speeds.
