I had a similar problem with my '02 Focus. I found the actual wires leading to the harness had broken. From the codes I would say you have lost a good connection with cylinders 2 and 3. My Focus started to hesitate and jump until normal temps were reached. Then it jumped and hesitated all the time. I went to the junk yard and got a replacement wire set for $3. I cut the current ones out and used heat shrink and electrical tape to reconnect the new. Worked like magic.

The code will tell you which O2 sensor it is.
The code will point to either bank 1 sensor 1; bank 1 sensor 2; bank 2 sensor 1; bank 2 sensor 2.

From what I remember with a focus, it should only have 2 sensors, sensor 1 will be located before the cat, and sensor 2 will be located after the cat.

THIS IS A COMMON CODE.. THIS IS A PRESSURE SELENOID LOCATED INSIDE THE TRANSMISSION.... SOMETIMES CALLED A SHIFT SELENOID... THERE IS A FIRST TO SECOND SHIFT SELENOID AND A SECOND TO THIRD AND A THIRD TO OVERDRIVE... THE SHORT CIRCUIT CODE CAN BE TWO THINGS.. FIRST A BAD SPOT IN WIRING HARNESS CAUSING SHORT CONDITION.. DOUBTFULL... OTHER CONDITION IS THE SELENOID ITS SELF COULD BE GOING BAD DRAWING MORE CURRENT THAN NORMAL. THIS WILL REGISTER THIS CODE....YOU HAVE TO REMOVE THE TRANSMISSION PAN TO EXSPOSE THE VALVE BODY.. Hi,

To my knowledge, a 2003 Ford Focus 2.0 SPi engine would need 4 quarts of engine oil (roughly 3.78 liters). Incidentally, the Ford/Cosworth Zeta/Zetec engine would be needing 4.25 quarts (~4 liters).
