On 1996 Chrysler Truck Town & Country 2WD 3.8L MFI 6cyl the Engine Control Computer is located under hood, driver side, front side of strut tower, mounted on wheelwell.

I would go to the auto salvage like ecology or pick a part they are like 30 dollars plus acouple of dollars to get in and pay for the warrenty. If it doesnt work take it back.

You did not mention the engine size you have, but the sensor is mounted on the trans housing and will look like this on a 3.8 liter engine.

The Fuel Filter is located under vehicle, driver side, below seating area, front of fuel tank, mounted on frame rail in fuel line.

It is slightly above the gas take right by the fuel sending unit. One 10mm bolt holds it on. Usually have to undo the front gas tank strap to make it easier to get at. There is 2 different filters. One for caravan, one for grand caravan. Wheelbase is different between the two
