If its not getting enough fuel the first place to check is the fuel pressure and volume. then check the fuel injectors for proper operation and if they are dirty. then go from there.
A bad fuel pump, poor power or ground to the fuel pump, a bad MAF sensor, A bad coolant temp sensor, a large vacuum leak, an upstream O2 stuck rich, A plugged fuel filter, or dirty injectors to name a few.
Is there a check engine light on? How do you know it is not getting enough fuel?

Because I can take fuel rail lose and ground injector w my test light and shoots plenty of gas I do that to all cyliders and it will start briefly but if I just turn mother over it puff very little fuel out of each one and its holding 60 lbs of pressure also the reduced engine power light is on
than I would scan for codes before doing anything. It is possible that you have a bad throttle pedal or a bad throttle body. Getting the codes and using them to your advantage by letting them lead you in the right direction should have been the first thing you did. there really is no sense in guessing when you can use the clues the codes will give you to start in the right area.
Get the codes, post them in the comments below, and I'll do my best to help you get this solved.
Tnx u very much , is there any way to reset the reduced power light , I ws thinking that had the fuel shut down to s min. Also some one put water in my gas tank I drained it real good took plugs out blew it out good and I had it running ok for few mins but then it died u think that has anything to for w it
