The anti-theft device of your car (officially known as the PASSLOCK II key
based engine disabling system) is triggered and it's doing what it's supposed to do - it prevents the car from moving by cutting the power to the engine's ECM and blocking the lever of the transmission. If you can't disable it then it's faulty.
The only thing you can do is to reset it: put the key in the ignition, turn it on to just before cranking and then leaving it that way for 10 mins. If this doesn't fix it then you will have to have the car towed top a dealer. They will inspect the system and fix it: if you're lucky all it will needs is a full reprogramming - this will cost you around $200; if you're unlucky the module itself is faulty and it will have to be replaced and reprogrammed, at a cost of around $1000.

you have a low voltage problem. either a bad battery or a brake in a wire somewhere. My sister had the same problem in her car. Had it to the gm dealer 3 times they couldnt figure it out. I put a new battery in, new wire from batter to starter, and a new altenater and wires to it. just by dumb luck i noticed the (+) wire from the bat to the fuse box under the hood was broke at the fuse box. Put new wire on it and 2.5 years later no problems.

You will need to go and get your KEY SYNC'd to your Car's Immobilizer... Try using your other Key and see if that one works. IF neither one does... Then you may have lost the code or your Immobilizer went bad.

The keys are not stuck in the ignition, and it shifts fine I guess because its a 5-speed? But i see everyone else had those two extra problems. Also my radio says service theft system all the time, this cars been daily driven since i bought it.
you need to get it to a dealer and ask them, you have alot of issues that could be minor or major
