all auto stores sell the addaptor , kit. buy one, and it fits.
the no stock radios use a standard color code but not car.
since your looks hacked, ill post just the stock wiring
those crimps are the wrong size too.. yellow
ill assume you can google , standard radio wiring colors.
or find the radio book, online, (after market whatever)

Your talking about a gas leak here. you can fix it yourself but the safest way is yes the dredful auto mechanic. save up some money and get an estimate.. most of these problems are easy fixes if you just examine it a little closer. lets say your in the middle of no place and this happens. your the only one to fix it or your stuck there forever. examine it. be real about this and say can I fix this? if your not sure or don`t want to mess with it, auto repair shop time. better safe then sorry when it comes to gas brother it isn`t worth it. moneys tight? save and do it. don`t mess with gas and electric they don`t miss and have a dangerous way of letting you know that at a very expensive price.

Here are some pictures from when I did it. I forgot to take a picture of the screws at the back, but just look you will see them. The second picture there are matching ones on the opposite side. Its really easy to do.

hey guys really need major help...2006 range rover sport hse radio audio keeps on coming on and off..ive checked and tested fuse and still no luck ...what did i miss ? is there something else i need to look?

The first thing I would do is check the transmission fluid level.

The unfourtunate thing on these certain cars they are very notorious for having transmission problems. I am sure it is nothing you have done wrong, Ford had a lot of issues with their transmissions through those years.

They oboviously diagnosed the problem incorectly.. So you spent monet that you did not really need to..

The Timing is WAY off. It is Really Hard to set the Timing on this Car. You will need to Locate a Mechanic and have him Reset the Timing. Once it is Reset, it should Fire right up Unless the Guy Messed up More stuff. Please Rate My Response! Thanks!

try replacing the spark plugs & check that your rotor & contacts in the dizzy are ok. they tend to give greif. also check you have fuel getting in the carb.
