If it is brake lights that are not working, check your brake light switch on your brake pedal(up high)
Hi Tiffany:
Help me with this. Is it the running lights, brake/signal/flasher, licence plate light?
Have you checked fuses and bulbs?
Can you tell us exactly what happened immediately before you noticed the problem?
I'd be guessing fuse or bulbs, but that's just a guess without a bit more history.
Keep at it, we;ll get it.

I assume that you have a 1.8 engine. The oil filter is in a round metal housing under the engine; you have to remove the housing to access the cartridge type oil filter; the 1.8s do not have a "spin-on" filter.

If you put your foot on the brake, the tail lights and parking lights will still come on. Possibly your brake is sticking. Check to see if it is and if it is put WD40 for a quick fix. See a tech for them to fix your brake alignment. Good Luck!
