On the Luxpro PSD111, Farenheit or Celcius are selected using the Jumper Switch J2 on the rear of the unit's circuit board:

push the + and the - buttons at the same time to switch between C and F

Hold the button in the mirror for 5 seconds until it flashes then hit it once more, it should change over.

Press and hold the power button on the radio, while holding power down press media, let go of both... it should change.

*1.8 then +32

i.e.
0C + 0*1.8 + 32 = 32F
100C = 100*1.8 + 32 = 212F

If you take the control assembly out of the dash and look behind it, the connector has a black wire in position D7 (little letters and numbers are printed on the connector). This wire will have a connector on it, pull this connector apart and your display will now be in *F
