You shouldn't. Most remotes, hooked up properly, have a learn procedure that starts the car. It bypasses the vats system.

SOURCE: what is the 94 Chevy Caprice Classic wiper arm

heres a wiper linkage asm diagram, the wiper washers are on the hood or on the cover to deck, then the hose runs through the wiper arm to a nozzle, if you remove the arms you can lift cover enough to look at the hose to washer connection, also check hose to arm they often break there good luck.2d8c418.gif

Steering wheel not centered on my 96 chev caprice classic

This is caused by needing an alignment or worn front end parts. An alignment will correct the steering wheel. It goes out of align, when hitting pot holes, curb ETC, God-Bless!

Caprice engine/speedometer

Sounds like battery cable is no longer connected to the battery post clamp. These can be repaired but I would recommend a new cable or cables. Parts store can ook up correct ones. Be sure battery terminals are clean before installing new cables.

95 chevy caprice classic 5.7 engine jus installing the new distributior cap i got stuck when i seen the screws are too small i dont have the socket its smaller then 5/32 does any one know the size?... Also...

I believe the socket size is 3/16 or 1/4. Most of the time you can use a multitip screw driver without the tip installed. This is not a true 1/4 socket size but works for most bolts like this. As far as the overheating issue there is a fan relay along with a thermostat switch. Most people bypass the relay and switch and just direct wire the fans to the ignition. This will make you car run colder but that is not always a good thing. Some engines do not run correctly if the temperature is too low.
