On the frame directly below the rear passenger door drivers side, above the E-brake cable and fuel return line. Be sure to loosen the fuel cap before loosening the outlet/inlet lines to the filter or fuel will continue to flow due to pressure in the tank also have a container to catch what fuel is in the filter/line. A 5/8 and 13/16 wrench should be the tools to use.

fuel pressure is probably bleeding off when it sets for a period. it probably is bleeding off into the return line if you see no leaks.turn the key on for 30 seconds then off before starting. if you dont like this then you can replace all of the fuel line o-rings in the system and pressure regulator/fuel rail assembly

Pretty dependable,but not cheap to repair when there is a problem.

you need to figure out if your missing spark at the plgs,or check fuel pressure at fuel rail,you'll need at least 55psi of fuel pressure,but if you have had no luck spraying the throttle body,your probably missing spark
